Stuck in HP logo boot loop, restarting over and over non-stop. OS is corrupt and not able to recover due to the looping. Need to reload windows 10 but unable to because of no access to bios setup to change to USB boot up. Don't know the bios password. I Noticed that F2 displays the system info except for the UUID number. HP says to replace mb but not economically feasible. Tried 10 hrs draining of mb residual voltage with bios battery removed, removed hd thinking it would automatically search and find a usb drive I attached but didn't work. Anybody solved this yet??

@newgman
At the password screen, hit enter 3 times and you should receive a 'halt code' - post back with this code.

Unfortunately, I haven't reversed these ami hex codes yet but it shouldn't be too long now and I will post back once I have an answer for you.

If you haven't started the notebook since the last halt code ( A [1D2E2915] ).
Try entering 8b79a37f
