Sounds like your laptop has an Intel Core11th gen processor that requires the Windows installer to have Intel RST storage controller drivers to detect the storage drive to install Windows on. Please see this post below for how to add Intel RST drivers to your Windows installation usb drive.

Not sure why you got that error. Sp146929 should be the correct Intel RST storage controller driver that works for Intel Core 11th - 13th gen processors.
Your model's drivers download page lists older versions of IRST driver for Win 10. Please post back with the following info:
1. I assumed your laptop has an 11th gen. What is your processor's model number?
2. Your laptop came with Win 10 or 11?
3. Are you trying to install Win 10 or 11?
4. How did you create a Windows installation usb drive? Did you use Media Creation tool or Rufus?
