Hi:

I do not believe the Vista driver will work the bluetooth under W7.

This is the latest W7 version of the HP bluetooth software and driver:

Hi Paul.

I have a Philips SHB4000 bluetooth headset and a HP Elitebook 745 G3 laptop. The headset is recognized by the laptop however the drivers seem to be missing. I downloaded the Broadcomm driver for this device but the driver does not get installed.  So a oleague checked and found in Device Manager that in the Bluetooth Radios the adapter is Generic Bluetooth Adapter and Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator.

I downloaded sp47022.exe file from Software Support for HP Integrated Module with Bluetooth Wireless Technology for Microsoft Windows 7. I did so and yet it does not work.

Would you know what driver I must download to make this bluetooth headset work?
