Hello,
I installed WIndows 10 on my HP ENVY and downgraded to Windows 8. Now I have the problem that can't find the HP Recovery Manager and the sound, the camera and the microphone doesn't work.
Is there any option to install the HP Recovery Manager or to restet the computer to the original custom HP WIndows version.

Hi:
There is a recovery manager installer download on your notebook's support page, but don't get your hopes up for it working.
Microsoft Windows 8 Recovery Environment (RE) Recovery Manager Installer
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp63501-64000/sp63774.exe
Did you install the W8.1 audio driver and restart the PC?
That should get the sound and microphone to work again.
IDT High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp63501-64000/sp63555.exe
The camera is USB powered and should not need any drivers.
If you haven't installed the Intel chipset driver, you may want to do that and restart the PC.

I already tried to update the driver. The fingerprint scaner also doesn't work so I'm sure that the problem is that it's not the officially HP WIndows Version. I tried to in install Windows 10 again and there I had the same problems.

The sound and fingerprint scanner won't work in W10 unless you install the applicable drivers.
This is the W10 IDT audio driver you need to install...
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71886.exe
To get the fingerprint sensor to work in W10, you need to install this driver:
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp63001-63500/sp63418.exe
Then you would use this W10 simplepass identity software to log in with your fingerprint.
