Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello

My laptop was unable to connect to the Internet. After some troubleshooting, I decided to go back to a system restore point  on windows 10. The computer took several hours to go back to the restore point. It was taking so long that I just let it run overnight and then when I woke up the following morning the computer had a black screen. When I tried to boot the computer, all I got was an HP splash screen with a smile spinning circle below the HP and then nothing happens. I went through with the HP recovery steps, which includes resetting the bios and  a few other stops but it did not work. I’m pretty sure I have a corrected version of Windows 10, Which is why it is in booting.

What at should be my next steps?

Thanks!
