The message says on a blue screen

"The following configuration change was requested for this computer's Trust Platform Module (TPM):

CLEAR TPM.

Warning: Clearting the TPM erases information stored on the TPM. You will lose all created keys and access to data encrypted by these keyes.

Press F1 - Accept                      Press F2 = Reject      "

Hi,

Turn off the laptop and restart the unit by tapping F10 to load BIOS, once it loads the BIOS screen---> Select the Function key which says Setup or Restore Defaults ---> Once this is done---> F10 to save & Exit. If this does not resolves the issue, then you have to get into windows--> install BIOS updates by visiting the HP Product Support webpage.
