OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-b0000 (2W6B1AV)

Hello, I have HP Omen 16 computers, the computer is about 20 days old. First of all, I opened my computer, there were abnormal freezing contractions, then I opened the task manager, I saw the processor speed as 0.19 ghz. Then I opened the Omen Gaming Club program, the text appeared as if the processor was not active, then I restarted the computer, made a software update, then when it opened, CMOS Reset 502 alert, then restarted itself, I entered the password on the boot screen, but it did not open, then I restarted it, it worked, but I had a lot of problems, what could be the reason?
