Here are some of the things I have done, to attempt to fix the issue.
- Run the reset through Cloud Download
- Run the reset through Local ReInstall
- All Methods listed here trying to fix the issue
- Attempted to restore the computer to a point prior to the error
- Most Methods listed here on this website
- Went through Troubleshooting to reset the Laptop
- Ran the command sfc /scannow to fix any issues in the computer.
Now all methods to fix this issue were wither done by itself, or done with other methods attempting to fix the issue. Now I may have messed up some steps and am up to any and all thoughts in attempting to fix this issue.

It's not clear from your post exactly what is the issue you are trying to solve using a reset. If the drive is failing, no reset of any kind is going to work. Have you checked the drive?
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP

I am just trying to factory reset the computer, my computer will not initiate windows updates, and has many issue so instead of attempting to fix it (because i was trying to fix it for the past year and a half).
And even went to Geek Squad at my local Best Buy and they said that because I've been trying to fix it for this long, that a reset does ultimately fix most if not all issues.
