I forgot my laptop password and can't open it. i tried to reset it but I do not see anoption to like totally reset my laptop. I still couldn't open it. Appreciate your response.

Please either post in public or contact our support organization.

 

The Support Section has changed so you most likely need to search a bit and/or sometimes need an account on Poly Lens to download the software.
