Hi:
Your notebook does not meet the W11 hardware specs, so you would have to use one of the several W11 hardware check bypass methods to install W11 on your notebook.
If you want to install W11 on your notebook, anyway, see this discussion for how I've done it on many HP and Dell notebook and desktop PC's:
The guide to set up Rufus is if you have Windows installed in UEFI mode.
If you have Windows installed in Legacy mode, then select the MBR partition scheme from the menu.

I used rufus to bypass the checks and the installation runs until the reboot and it crashes then with this error:
0xC1900101 0x20017
i updated all drivers, disconnected all external hardware but it still crashes.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't know what to do about that problem.
I never got any errors like that on my HP Elitebooks.
I would google the error code.
You can also try clean installing W11 using the same media you created but you will have to reinstall all of your programs and files if you do.
I had to clean install W11 22H2 on a couple of PC's that refused to do an in-place upgrade.
I never got any errors though.
When the first blue progress screen was going, at around the 80% complete level, it just suddenly returned to the desktop.
No error codes, no nothing.
The clean install worked fine on any of my PC's if the upgrade did not.
