Hello again. Here's another update about the lagging situation.

I've replaced the laptop with a new one and nothing's changed. Chrome is still lagging, Edge is still lagging; in short, the laptop is lagging as bad as the old one. I'm starting to think that this BIOS update has a massive bug that is causing all of this lagging. I can only hope that this can be fixed soon as possible as school starts in a month and I don't know if I can have a lagging laptop for class.

My laptop was also slowing down. I installed Linux near the Windows 10. And there is no performance slowdown! Apparently, processor driver is buggy after BIOS updating.
