Hello there. I joust bought the HP Probook 430 G5 3kx72es withought operating system. I do have a win8.1 product key. I downloaded the WIn8.1 ISO file anddid a bootable usb MBR and GPT format.Neither of them worked. I always recieved: Windows cannot be installed to this disk. the selected disk has an MBR partition table. On EFI systems, windows can only be installed to GPT disks.I searched a bit on thenet and found out that I sould change the format of the disk to MBR. there wehre 3 partitions . 2 systemand one that was the main memory (497 gb) . unfortunately thecommand line (as in theforum of HP was said) didnt worked. Therefore I improvided. I typed clean and then convenrt to MBR. And it worked. afterthat I found only one partition 470 the main one , which it was converted. theinstallation did worked. I wanttoask ifi lost important information due to that cleaning. thank you alot

You didn't lose anything. The extra partitions were probably left over from the previous installation of Windows and weren't deleted/formatted along with the OS partition.
Microsoft does provide Windows 8.1 iso:

@Provost thank you for your answer. Let my clarify something. The notebook is brandnew, without operation system. It is the first installation of the windows ever. I think the files were (and now maybe after cleaning are lost?) are the system files from HP like warranty and the manual pdf file. Maybe more? Can I find those files again. If I reset the computer to factory setting? The other thing is that after installing windows the notebook does not have wlan. Propably the driver is missing? But I am wondering why. Shouldt that be installed with the windows installation? I do not know if I did something wrong, and how to fix it. 😞

Where did you purchase it- I thought Probook 430 G5 shipped with Windows 10 or FreeDos.
Windows 8.1 doesn't have builtin drivers for most of the hardware because it is newer than Windows 8 OS. HP doesn't have any Windows 8.1 drivers posted for your model. You could have Realtek or Intel Wireless adapter. Try one of the drivers below.
Intel Wireless:
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp87501-88000/sp87628.exe
Realtek Wireless:
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp91501-92000/sp91514.exe
Manuals and other info for your laptop are on your Support page:

Thank all for respornding. So i have to re install win 10. i can not find drivers for 8.1.
@CherylG thank you. I bought it with FreeDos. I am a noob. So here is what happend. the Laptop came with Freedos. 2 partitions. The one partitions is the empty hard drive(SSD) and the other partition was the system reserved partition. In order to install the windows I had to format the drive. Unfortunatelly as a noob I did it wrong. I now saw that i hade to make a new partition and so on. What I did? I format the initial partition. And lost also the system reserved partition. There where HP staff. the user guide, the warrantly , UEFI Manager and so on. I hope It was not a disaster what i Did. I try to download them.
That was my mistake . Hopefully It is not a big disaster. Is it?? Do you know how I can restore the lost partition?
PS the update of the windows is not working at all. hopefully with the new windows it will be better
