My laptop touchpad stops working frequently from 1 April 2023. Yesterday an engineer came to solve the problem from HP, but he says in my laptop there was no hardware issue. and give me advice to recover windows by HP Cloud Recovery tools, and I did the same and it's successfully completed today, but still the same issue persists (12C HID Device error 10). Please resolve it ASAP. Case no. [Personal Information Removed] This is not something I expect from a brand like HP.
