Product: HP Notebook - 15-bn070wm

I have a 450 G3 I5 with 2.3 GHz my power light come on for about 15 seconds than the cap light come on and stay for about three seconds than turn itself off it did this after removing the memory and putting it back in I went through a lots of static power routine but nothing workit seems like the board is dead
