I want to know wether I can redownload the recovery partition to try and reset ,y pc to HP quality, I know about the Windows Media Creator and have already tried with it but it doesn't have the HP official version which concerns me. any help?

Hi:
Your notebook should be supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to make a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
Here is an info link for how to use that utility...
