Need a BIOS recovery flash drive for my Pavillion DM4 Serial number: [edit]

My BIOS has become corrupted (two blinks on the Capslock Key) and it will not boot. The key sequence recovery does not work.

I followed the instructions here (https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02693833#recover) for creating a flash drive to recover my BIOS up to the point of running the dowloaded BIOS file. Instead of an HP utility like the instructions and video show, I have an InsydeFlash dialog that does not give me an option to create a recovery flash drive (it tries to update the BIOS on my working computer only).

Can you provide me with something that will recover my BIOS?

What BIOS for what Main Board if possible.

What I do is download the bios file, and I don't know which is yours....

It's something like SP56058.exe, and I use 7zip to Extract to a folder called sp56058

and get a listing like this...

I created a bootable USB drive and put the BIOS update files on it. The BIOS is broken so it won't boot the drive to do the update.
