 Dear Sir,

 We are JV ENTERPRISES from Coimbatore Tamilnadu. My name is Sivakumar. We order one laptop (da0327tu) from your web store. Same time order also Google mini and additional warranty. But still now we received only laptop others not received yet. Our order date at 06-01-2018 order number is [edit] . Laptop also very slow we received only laptop, laptop bag, charger adapter we don't received any cd or pen drives. Still now I am not used this laptop. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
