Good morning everyone,

 

As it can be seen on the screenshot bellow, my laptop is incapable of identifying the Product Name, Serial number and Product number. 
The label/sticker on the back of my laptop was washed out and only few numbers from the Serial Number are clear.
I tried using the "WMIC BIOS GET SERIALNUMBER"  ,although unfortunately it did not work, resulting in a blue screen.
I must mention that whenever I turn on the laptop, on the left corner a text appear saying "The product information not valid" ( picture below)

 

Does anyone known how I might identify these information so I can proceed updating the drivers?
