Question about updating BIOS and disk software driver

At the outset I want to point out that I have no problems just for advice.

Unfortunately, I am experiencing a problem with micro stuttering and even jamming (even the sound is affected). I have discovered that this is a tpm 2.0 related problem and I literally have 3 questions that you would have to answer best today, as I am anxious for time.

On the manufacturer's website, that is you, I saw a bios update to F.32 dated December 1, 2023, but unfortunately it applies to windows 10, and I'm using windows 11 and here is the first question:

Is it possible on windows 11 to install the bios update that is recommended for windows 10, even though windows update installed my bios from October 26 this year with the same version?

The second question will be regarding the disk software.

I saw in the device manager in the drive stations that I have some Intel drive, and I saw in your site that there is an option to update the drive software, and I don't know if it's worth updating, because the latest version will always solve the problems that occur.

And the third question is generally about how it can be done to update the bios and software for the drive, if you think you can.

I am sending screenshots that will show my situation a lot. And I come from Poland then unfortunately the screenshots are in Polish.

Unfortunately after updating the bios it still shows the same version 😞

The best solution is that you will most likely release a new version, such as with F.33 that will not conflict with the version of what the Windows update installed, or for Windows 11 you will release a bios version of F.32, but I suspect that will not solve the problem either.

Be uninstalling the bios what zaisntalled windows update.

I don't know what to think about it myself.

As for the Intel drive, the case is sealed, I installed the software and everything works.

That is, in summary, I made a mess, but it can be fixed.

As far as the Intel drive is concerned, it's a closed case, but with the BIOS software I noticed occurring problems:

- at random times, the hardware stutters along with sound interruption (I suspect tpm 2.0),

- rarely the hardware crashes completely.

Coming to the conclusion for 1.5 days has already shown a lot, so the only solution will be to provide a bios update with the problems fixed.
