My laptop randomly freezes every 3-4 four days and when that happens I have to force shutdown using the power button. I have tried all the System tests which HP Virtual Assistant asked me to do and find all the components to be working fine. I have even done a full reset of Windows 10 twice (once by retaining my files and once by using a USB drive by removing all my files). But the problem is still present. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @SricharanR
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Appreciate you trying the steps, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region to order a Recovery Media for your computer.
Have a great day!

Hey i was wondering if the issue you have experienced is still the same? I have the same exact problem and ended up reinstalling windows as well but this issue has not been solved. I thought it was a onenote problem because every time i had onenote open it would freeze and never recover unless i did a forced shutdown. Also, has this problem just started for you? Idk if I should take advantage of the warranty still or if its just a software issue.
