Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all,

This morning my computer was running perfectly fine, and then a windows update automatically installed itself and now my whole computer is screwed. I have no sound, two of my games won't work, I can't play spotify, local files or video files. I have tried literally everything. I have reset the drivers, uninstalled them, uninstalled the update, restarted pc a billion times, you get the point. It won't work with headphones or without, please help me. I need this fixed ASAP.

Hello @DH11Fan

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ...

In most cases, the simplest solution:

=> Use Windows Restore to return to the restore point before the error occurred.
