HP EliteBook 840 G6 Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 11

I recently purchased a used HP EliteBook 840 G6 Notebook Laptop and encountered an issue with the firmware update. The firmware has prevented me from booting Windows. When I power on the laptop, it goes to the Intel (R) Management Engine Firmware, which tells me, 'HP Sure Start has detected corruption in the Intel Management Engine Firmware. Select Continue to complete the full recovery process of the Intel Management Engine Firmware.'
I click on 'Continue,' and the Firmware Update Recovery starts. It loads until it reaches 50%, then shuts off by itself, and the process repeats until the laptop is completely shut down.

I went to the HP site and downloaded the latest firmware update for the laptop, and I have made it bootable on a USB. I inserted the USB into the laptop, but I cannot boot from the drive because there is a BIOS administrator password on it. Without the password, I cannot enter the BIOS or do anything in the BIOS. How do I get a password to reset the BIOS?
