Dear HP Support Team,

I am facing multiple software issues on my HP laptop and would like to request your assistance.

The main problems are:

  1. Windows Update is not working properly and shows the message: “We couldn't connect to the update service.”
  2. Microsoft Store is unable to download or update applications.
  3. I also tried troubleshooting steps such as restarting the system, resetting update components, and running DISM/System repair commands, but the issue still persists.

These problems are affecting normal usage of my laptop and preventing important system/app updates.

I kindly request your support in diagnosing and resolving these issues at the earliest possible time.

Welcome to the HP community.

 

This is just a peer-to-peer community forum and not HP support.

 

So far, we can only assume that you have an Issue with your Microsoft Operating system.

 

The next logical choice would be reaching out to our Partner Microsoft and discuss this issue with them or seek a Microsoft related community forum.

 

If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.

Personally I would suggest to backup your important data in your pen driver or external drive and do clean windows install in this laptop using bootable USB. It will fix all corrupted files.
