When I start the Windows, it show me black screen with next text

SMART Hard Disk Error

The SMART hard disk error check detected an imminent failure. To ensure not data loss, please backup the content immediately and run the Hard Disk Test in System Diagnostics.

When I start Hard Drive Test in system Diagnostics, it works for some rime and just stop with next text

So, can u please tell me, what is that problem mean and what should I do?

Hello
the hard drive is defective
It can continue to operate for a certain time, but it can definitively break down, if it is not already the case!
If possible, save personal data
Try a full reinstall
Be careful even if it works, it may permanently break down, save the data regularly.
This may allow you to use the computer while you find a hard drive!

You can try to help yourself with this tutorial (sorry not fully translated)
