Hi,  Product:H5G77EA#ACQ the hp ProBook. It was working fine around the 3rd of November and I tried system reset on 29th of November cause it had gone too slow.  This is the error message I get when I turn it on (The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. ThatWindows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows click "Ok" to restart the computer, and then restart the installation. ). It keeps bringing me back to the same error message when press "OK"
