Hi everyone. I am a multi brand laptop store owner. The simple solution for this error is you only have to press Y on the screen to clear the tpm after that press F1 or fn+F1 key to proceed with that setting. after this restart your laptop and there you go. Your problem is solved.

Thanks! Your reply was almost right.
THIS IS THE SOLUTION
I am using a german keyboard on a german OS. When the message comes it's in english not german.....
So when I'm asked to press "Y" it is not in the position of "Y" on an english keyboard, On my german keyboard the top row is QWERTZ not QWERTY. So I need to press "Z" A different window and message appears and with F1 the laptop starts and that horrible warning is gone forever!
I think anyone who doesn't use an US english keyboard has this problem, It's the mapping of the keyboard!

First issue that I saw a few days back is that my fingerprint was not recognized any more to access. Then I tried with the PIN, and it was not recognized. Luckily the password worked.
This morning I found my laptop with the blue message "There is an issue with trusted platform module (tpm) data".
I replied "N" and managed to get in. I immediately backed up all important docs, just in case ...
I then went into security settings to verify the different access methods and added picture slide as extra verification method. When prompted for PIN to add picture verification, PIN was recognized, but only in this case.
So now I have 2 working methods to sign in (picture and password) and 2 not working ones (PIN & fingerprint)
I have not dared to reply "Y" to the question above, as it says that I would need a BitLocker key to unlocky encripted items, and I do not have that key.
I will try tomorrow to talk to a support agent to get the step by step procedure to solve this issue, if it is available.
