I've been trying to factory reset this computer for at least 2 months (on and off, not consistently) and I keep getting the notification that there's not enough memory space to do it. I've deleted/uninstalled everything on the computer (that I knew I could) & I've off-loaded most everything else to my external hard drive.
I've gone through the CMD, the SETTINGS>RECOVERY, and have read & applied nearly every article/post that has the potential to be helpful.
It's running on Windows 10, but hasn't been updated since I received the computer in '18 because of the lack of space.
The warranty is expired.
Any help would be appreciated!!!
