I have tried the power drain.

I have reset the BIOS to default settings.

Recreated the hp recovery disk

Still, unable to resolve this issue.

 

I can boot with the normal windows bootable disk without any issues. 

 

The diagnostic test is also good on harddrive and Memory.

The issue is resolved. 

Did a installation of the windows 10 home edition from Microsoft website.
