Subject: Warranty Support Request - Critical Hardware Failure - Failure ID: QBNCMS-B6BB34-KD7HGJ-60U003

To HP Technical Support,

I am contacting you to request a repair or replacement under warranty for my HP laptop (Serial Number: >Do not include the product serial number or any private information< / Product ID: 187F4AU).

Despite a clean installation of Windows 11, the device continues to experience major stability issues, including Blue Screen of Death errors (Stop Code: BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO) and hardware malfunctions such as the internal microphone not responding.

I have performed a full diagnostic using the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI tool (Version 2.3.8.0), which confirms a hardware failure on the storage drive:

Component: Hard Drive / SSD

Test Performed: Drive Self-Test (Short)

Result: FAILED

Failure ID: QBNCMS-B6BB34-KD7HGJ-60U003

Additional Info: 44 KB in bad sectors detected

As the local retailer has refused to exchange the unit, I am requesting that HP opens a support case to replace the defective drive or the entire unit as per the terms of the manufacturer's warranty.

I have attached photos of the diagnostic results for your reference. I look forward to receiving a case number and further instructions.

Best regards,

Nicolas Nkunda
