Hello blanca2

If you do not have the Recovery CD's and no longer are able to create the HP Recovery CDs due to a new hard drive being installed you can order replacement CD's for a small fee from HP. I am providing you with a link to an Looking for HP Recovery Discs or an HP USB Recovery Drive?. This document will provide you with the instructions on how to order your CD's from HP. If you are not from US or Canada simply choose the last option Contacting Support.

I hope this answers your question. Thank you for posting your question on the HP Forums. Have a great day!
