I’d been having trouble with my touchscreen it wouldn’t work but the touchpad did. I followed steps in the virtual agent and nothing work I’ve been putting it off until today Monday. When I tried turning my laptop on it started letting out little bit of smoke on the side vent and smelling burned all around the keyboard. I still can’t turn it on the light will turn on a bit and fade out. The screen won’t even turn on.

That's a VERY BAD sign! Something burnt up inside the laptop and it is now most likely useless.
Without being able to start it, you can't run diagnostics -- and without those, you have no way of finding what hardware is damaged.
It's most likely the motherboard and to replace those would not only cost a LOT, it's nearly impossible to buy one since neither HP nor the motherboard builders sell them to the public.
Your best bet would be to take it to a local laptop repair place and get a repair estimate from them. Do not be surprised if that is more than it would cost to simply replace the laptop.
