Hi:

 

If your notebook does not meet Microsoft's W11 hardware requirements, see this discussion below for how I have upgraded unsupported PC's to W11.

 

The guide to set up Rufus is if you have Windows installed in UEFI mode. 

 

If you have Windows installed in Legacy mode, then select the MBR partition scheme from the menu.
