Scan Health and Check Health did not find any damage.

After completing restore health it says "error 6801"

Look at the available restore points. Do not perform a restore! Only after consultation.

If I click on System Restore in the first tab, I get the second tab (on the right) which is different from the example in your link. If I confirm I think I am going to restore so I stopped. restore tabs.jpg

Yes the test restore point works, as it worked before when you asked to create one. Now I'll proceed with cpu and gpu.
