Good Morning All.
I have bought my HP EliteBook 830 G8 Notebook PC some time ago from a private seller and it was working all good. Suddenly my HDD died. So I was trying to reinstall Windows either from the recovery or from Bootable Windows Media Creator. Every time the installation is going fine until the screen where I need to log on (or it should show create an account). It seems that I'm getting the Shell logo and I'm unable to log in as obviously I am not a Shell employee. This laptop was given to the employee so I know it's not stolen but somehow is locked. There is no password to access BIOS. What can I do to remove ex-owner protection? A laptop is NOT stolen.
Thank you for any advise.
Regards to all community.
