Hi,

I have "HP All-in-One - 22-c0039" and recently I found that Windows 11 is corrupted.

Can anyone tell me how to re-install Windows 11 on my PC?

Thanks,

Guoquan

Copy all files to USB/external drive, etc.  As cloud reinstall erases EVERYTHING. From Windows, go to settings > System > Recovery > Reset PC button. Remove everything > Cloud download > Reset. PC restarts multiple times (Downloading→Installing→Finalizing, 1-3hrs).

Thanks, Venom21.

I am going to try to see if it works?

Hi, @GQSU

Your PC is no longer supported by the HP cloud recovery tool since HP withdraws support for that utility once the PC reaches 5 years of age.

Your only option to reinstall W11 will be to make a bootable USB installation flash drive with the Microsoft media creation tool from the link below (2nd option).

Download Windows 11

After W11 has completed installing, if you need any you can install the W10 drivers and available software from your PC's support page:
