Welcome to HP Forums,

This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂

As I understand you get an error message when attempting to create/copy a backup,

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

Which application are you using to create the backup?

Did you know that this error message is due to a copy function being REMOVED with the latest Win10 update?

If you didn't, here's what you need to know:

With older Win10 versions, you could copy Libraries -- which, in reality, are virtual folders, not real folders -- and that would work fine.

With the latest Win10 updates, this no longer works and now, instead of copying Libraries, you have to copy the individual files or folders within each library.

Keep me posted,

If the information I've provided was helpful,

give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,

that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Good Luck.
