Hello @bookstore1369
Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.
(1) Download and run ( on another computer )
Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver | 17.11.0.1000 Rev.A | 34.2 MB | Jan 3, 2022 | Download |
(2) Let setup install/extract drivers on your <USB flash drive> or use 7-zip to extract sp136828.exe file to <USB flash drive>. You will choose directory "f6" in step (3)
(3) Load driver in Window Setup
(4) Please report your results

DID not work when i went to the load drivers it wasn't listed i reloaded it on my USB 3 different times wasn't there. in fact when i go to LOAD DRIVERS It says USB C: but it says that no drivers found. i know they are on there because i checked it on another laptop. Windows 10 media creation and IRST i tried it without the OS on the flash driver and says no drivers found

Hello @bookstore1369
Try again ...
When loading the driver you need to "browse" to the right directory that contains the F6 driver .INF files
Kind regards

You have been advised to use the wrong driver for Comet Lake/Ice Lake
https://ftp.ext.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp136501-137000/sp136828.html
You should use correct driver for Tiger Lake:
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp136501-137000/sp136624.exe
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp136501-137000/sp136624.html
according to HP support page of your product:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-laptop-pc-15-dw3000/37506289/model/2100000420
or use older https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp111501-112000/sp111660.exe
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp111501-112000/sp111660.html
according to Paul_Tikkanen advice on matter:
Good luck!

For the sake of convenience Paul_Tikkanen EXPERT Level 21 has the file "zipped up and attached that specific folder below":

What i did was using Acronis i cloned the SSD from another laptop and installed it on the laptop. It worked but i am still not able to install a OS from my flash drive. I installed all the drivers you recommended and still it will not load the OS from the flash drive. The laptop is working good from the installed cloned SSD I just can't get it to load from the flash drive. I want to thank you for all the advice you have given me. If there is anything else I can try let me know. But for now the laptop works good

The procedure Ub6424 posted initially was the correct one -but the driver was wrong. The whole problem is that storage on Tiger Lake cpus and motherboards is not natively supported by win10 and needs the special driver in the USB installation media. Kind of like in windows xp era with the sata drives..... https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_4859717-4859823-16 It should be working, all you need is the F6.zip by Paul_Tikkanen. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000058724/memory-and-storage/intel-optane-m...
The only other thing I can think of is the HP Cloud Recovery tool which according to your manual (https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-laptop-pc-15-dw3000/37506289/model/2100000420/manuals
-> https://kaas.hpcloud.hp.com/pdf-public/pdf_4511082_en-US-1.pdf) supports your model. You can use the tool to reinstall the original boot disk that was on your laptop, and then proceed to update to the recent version of win10 (or win11 if you prefer).
Anyways, since you found a workaround and got it working....
