I get the message that the  intel chipset installation utility and driver has an update, but when I try to run it the process comes back as failed. Should I be concerned. Thanks

@Yawell Welcome to HP Community!

If you've been trying to install the drivers from the HP website, I suggest installing the HP support Assistant to install the same, as certain updates are not specific to your computer but the entire series of your model, which means its released for another device from the same series as your device but doesn't apply for your specific device: click here for details.

Also, most updates are installed to resolve specific issues on the device, if you don't have any issues as such, its okay to ignore them.

I hope that answers your query,

If it did, simply select "Accept as solution", to help the community grow,
