HP Recommended

I had a printer connectivity problem and  logged on to hp support and was directed to Web Planet LLC.  they logged onto my computer and fixed my problem (for $200).  Are they legitimate?? And if not, how do I know if they still have access to my computer and what can I do about it?

they probably are - what? legitimate or a scam? 

 

Also, I clicked on the Web Planet zoom info address that you entered but I don't know if it's the same company or not.  It's not the same phone number that I was given...

I would say it is a scam. I don't think it has something to do with HP.
