i bought my laptop one year later.know in my laptop hp support system it show that my bateery is weak ,no seriously the life of battery is only one year.and also my laptop is shutting down frequently and then i have put the chrager and again on it . it show that same that your battery is weak.i don't understand why is this happening .i don't use my laptop in excessive amount but still this **bleep** happen pls help me .

It sounds like the battery just needs to be replaced.
If the computer is in Warranty, Contact HP Support.
If you are not sure about the battery status, run the Component checks.
