How can i do that
I tried to run hp recovery Manager and it gives me this message
Can't open file ; X:/source/recovery/tools/hp/rita-tool/

Which letter you assigned to recovery drive?

R letter i reboot and it went missing again

Did you tried to boot into recovery mode?
Reassign the letter and boot into recovery mode (press f11 repeatedly as soon as you press power button).
If you see the recovery options then go with refresh this PC.
If you don't see recovery options then your recovery drive isn't accessible in boot time also.

I reassign the letter and go to recovery options but the is only reset this PC

Are you sure going with reset???
Because resetting your PC will remove everything from your hdd I mean it will bring your system back to factory mode.

No am not i think i can't enter the recovery mode
When i press f11 it shows the Microsoft recovery not hp if you know what i mean the basic recovery not HP recovery manager

Ok I understood.
I have a idea
Reassign the recovery drive letter
Open settings app and select update & recovery>>recovery>>Reset this PC.
