I'm not forcing you but it is my opinion to use windows installation media.
Here are some advantages using Windows Installation media
1: hassle free recovery, no need to depend on HP recovery drive.
2: when you face any issue and recover your system HP recovery media it will bring back to factory build and outdated drivers you need to update your os and driver again for stable performance but if you use windows installation media you'll get most recent version of Windows (if you download it) and you need to download only drivers (only if new updates are available).
3: free up 12GB hdd and get rid of 5 HP recovery DVD's ( if you create it)
4: it's easy to recover any time 😉

Are you going With windows boot manager or from settings app?
HP Recommended

From setting app

I did a factory reset last time but it wasn't like the one before ( i did it with hp recovery )

I have a question if i reassign the driver and i creat an installation media using hp recovery Manager can i burn the recovery partition in a flash drive or it will be something else

HP Recommended
Yes you can create recovery media using HP recovery partition.
You have 2 choices to do it
1: use 32GB USB drive.
2: 4-5 DVD's

If you create it once you can rebuild your recovery partition even if you delete it or damaged.

I mean which recovery media you inserted?
HP Recommended

i creat a recovery media by hp recovery manager

so when i assign a letter for recovery partition when i reboot it went missing and i can't boot to recovery mod that is my problem

HP Recommended
If you have recovery media then you can rebuild your recovery partition.
But everything from your pc will be erased, I mean everything, all drives will be formatted.
Take proper backup before processing.

Boot into your recovery media(press f9 repeatedly on start-up and select your bootable media)
Now select reset this PC from available options.

Now you have 100% working recovery partition.
