i tried to reset password on the hotmail account but when i made it i put all contac info as just random numbers so it says i dont have enough info , i had no idea by making the account it would lock my comp

Hi,
There is a general policy on the Forum not to provide methods to bypass Windows log-on password.
You would probably be best off resetting the machine to its 'Factory Condition' and then setting up a new account from the beginning.

Hi,
You may well be able to access Recovery Manager by tapping away at f11 as soon as you power on ( some of the Stream series require you to hold down Volume button then also hold down the power button for 5 seconds before accessing the f11 option ) - the procedure for both Windows 8 and Windows 10 is pretty much the same - A full guide on this can be found on the following link.
