Hi 🙂
I'd like to know if I can use the 50GB cloud storage space that I've found in the product specifications of my notebook (link: http://support.hp.com/it-it/product/HP-ENVY-15-Notebook-PC-series/5401187/model/7039012/document/c04...
How can I use it?
Thanks in advance,
M.

Hello @TheAcrobat,
Thank you for the quick reply!
Usually, you would be able to use the Recovery Manager to install software that was loaded on the notebook at the factory. However, if you did a clean install of Winodws 10, it is likely that you no longer have that option. Here is the document with the information, just in case:

If you no longer have that option, you would need Recovery Media, to restore the notebook back to its factory settings. For your product, I do no see Recovery Media available on the HP site. So you may consider contacting HP Phone Support for additional options. Please use the following http://www.hp.com/contacthp and create a case for your issue and contact HP. Hello @TheAcrobat,
Welcome back to the HP Support Forums!
I read your post about the Box 50GB storage offer, and wanted to assist you!
Try reviewing the following steps, and let me know how it goes:
- Go to the Windows 8 App Store tile on your HP laptop.
- Select the Box App from the HP Picks list.
- Download the latest version of Box App to create your 50GB account and get started!
I hope this helps. Please let me know if this information helps you resolve the issue by marking this post as "Accept as Solution", this will help others easily find the information they may be looking for. Also, clicking the Thumbs up below is a great way to say thanks!
Have a great weekend!

Hi @SDF15,
very thanks for your reply 🙂
There's a big problem: I don't have that app because I've upgraded my pc to Windows 10 almost immediately and during the upgrade I've chosen a clean install, so the pc - that was running Win 8 at the moment of the purchase - don't have that app. Only in a second moment I remembered that option.
Can I solve it in another way? Thanks in advance,
M.

Very thanks for your help. I won't try, I never loved Win 8 and now I feel satisfied with Win 10, so I won't change the current configuration. I will try to contact HP Phone Support for Italy.
Best regards,
M.
