If you are searching the HP website for drivers from a Linux machine, the webpage might not show you the Windows driver downloads.
Here is the page for drivers for that model. Choose Windows 7 from the list.
HP Software and Driver Downloads for HP Notebook - 15-be003tu
IF you cannot see the page, here are the links for the network card. You will have to choose for which ever card your machine came with. Copy them to a usb drive to transfer and install.
For wireless:
Intel Wireless LAN Drivers... sp76133.exe
or
Realtek RTL8723BE/RTL8188EE 802.11b/g/n Wireless LAN Drivers...sp75613.exe
For the ethernet connection:
Realtek Local Area Network (LAN) Driver... sp75522.exe

If that model number is correct, then these driver should work for your network card.
If you still cannot get the network card to work, there is something else wrong.
In such case, you will need to contact HP Support for your area for a warranty issue.
