About my new laptop

I purchased new laptop model hp 15-be003TU with free dos, I installed windows 7 os, but I could not find any drivers for this product... Even i am not able to connect internet also, Please help me...

If you are searching the HP website for drivers from a Linux machine, the webpage might not show you the Windows driver downloads.

Here is the page for drivers for that model. Choose Windows 7 from the list.

IF you cannot see the page, here are the links for the network card. You will have to choose for which ever card your machine came with. Copy them to a usb drive to transfer and install.

For wireless:

Intel Wireless LAN Drivers... sp76133.exe

or

Realtek RTL8723BE/RTL8188EE 802.11b/g/n Wireless LAN Drivers...sp75613.exe

For the ethernet connection:

Realtek Local Area Network (LAN) Driver... sp75522.exe

IF you download the network drivers I sent you and install them, you will have internet capability.

You can then grab the remaining drivers from that machine.

Let me know if you have problems after that.

Ok... Actually i downloaded drivers from this forum yesterday, , but those drivers are not working properly, anyway i will try this one, Thank You So Much For Your Quick Response...

If that model number is correct, then these driver should work for your network card.

If you still cannot get the network card to work, there is something else wrong.

In such case, you will need to contact HP Support for your area for a warranty issue.
