HP ENVY 17 Notebook PC j184na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I get this message each time I log on following the original upgrade and the very recent feature upgrade.

I have disinstalled and reinstalled sp71811.exe (the 2015 edition of driveguard, which is the only one I see in HP assistant downloads and on the HP website) a number of times without success.

I see that a number of spxxxxx.exe files have been recommended to forum posters, presumably for different models, but perhaps there is also a more up to date version than the 2015 available to me?

Any help gratefully received!

Thanks Paul

That seems to have removed the error message, and I can see 3D Driveguard in my list of programmes, so problem solved.

Now I'll just drop it on the floor to see if the software itself is working...
