HP laptop 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop has been malfunctioning out of control. It seems the keyboard is holding down the alt key, but is not physically pressed.

It has been sent in under warranty but the problem is still occuring. The key has been removed and cleaned and has no obstructions. When using the soft keyboard, the alt key will flicker on and off rapidly or be soilid on. I can rarely log in, even with the soft keyboard as it does not let me enter any text while the alt key is pressed. If  I do manage to log in, I can barely navigate or type anything, and mouse clicks will use the alt+click function instead.

It has been sent in. I've updated the BIOS. I've reinstalled and updated the drivers. I've done a hard reset.

Is there any possible solution to this issue? My new laptop is basically useless now.
