I looked at the list of drivers for your laptop and there may be as many as five possible Bluetooth adapters
https://support.hp.com/sk-en/drivers/hp-envy-15-notebook-pc-series/model/5449847
Bring up the windows device manager and look for an unknown device or a bluetooth device that is not identified.
Look in "device instance path" for the VEN and PID
then go here
https://devicehunt.com/view/type/pci/vendor/1022/device/43D5
and change PCI to USB (or vice-versa) and enter the VEN and PID
for example the above 8087 and 0032
https://devicehunt.com/view/type/usb/vendor/8087/device/0032
It is possible that no driver will be found, but the device hunt will give the device details so you know who makes it
let me know what you find. Hopefully it will identify which of the 5 possible adapters your laptop uses.

Hello,
thanks for your help. I tried do what you want but I can´t find PID in device instance path. I took screenshot for you. If I wrote DEV to devicehunt, it can´t find anything. Please, what can I do?
Thanks

You need the Ralink driver but they go taken over by MediaTek
Go here
https://support.hp.com/sk-en/drivers/hp-envy-15-notebook-pc-series/model/5449847
and select windows 8.1 64bit and try the MediaTek dated 2015
There seems to be a window 10 one that our expert Paul found
