Hi:
HP has a driver for that model BT adapter but it may not work.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to help you.
As you can see from this discussion the driver I gave you worked for this person's 4540s, but this post is 2 years old.
Solved: HP probook 4530s windows 10 bluetooth issue - HP Support Community - 8174092
This post indicates that the driver didn't work on this notebook, and I had given the person another idea, which also didn't work. This discussion was from a year ago.
So, you have 3 options as I see it.
1. Reinstall W7/W8.1 where everything will work, but I don't recommend that since there is no more support by Microsoft for W7 or W8.1.
2. Purchase an inexpensive USB Bluetooth adapter that is supported for W10.
3. Replace the Atheros card with this model Wi-Fi card listed in chapter 3 of your notebook's service manual:
Realtek RT8723BE 802.11bgn 1x1 Wi-Fi + BT4.0 Combo Adapter HP part # 753077-005.
The Bluetooth in the Realtek Wi-Fi card works for W10.
